TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Goods will be dispatched after payment has been received.
- Goods remain the property of “Mini Mind Kidz” until full payment is received.
- Any breakages need to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order for us to give a refund or exchange.
- Order above R500 will receive free courier.
Additional Information
In the event if you have received a damaged/ defective product or the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct product and pay for the courier costs to you. If we are unable to exchange the goods, we will refund the full amount of the the product including courier.
If you are dissatisfied with the product and it is still in its original condition, you can return it at your own expense and we will refund the purchase price only (excludes courier costs).
* Alternatively, damaged, defective, unsatisfactory and incorrect items can be dropped off at our premises which is based in Raslouw. Prior arrangements must be made. The return and refund policy will still stand.
